SmartRep - Administration platform for a NLP chatbot

Need for:

• A robust back-end management platform that would support the use of an innovative Python-based Natural Language Processing chatbot, developed by SmartRep, a Greek startup

What we did:

• A Laravel-based scalable back-end platform that serves front-end chatbot configuration, plus analytics, client and user management and handover to a live agent functionalities
• A complete API for integration with enterprise back-end systems for personalized information provision, as well as integration with social media platforms, where the chatbot front-end is provided via the social medium chat interface

Results for the client:

• A well-structured, scalable and documented platform and corresponding API that provides the SmartRep NLP chatbot with strong advantages against the competition
